This project tested the upper limits of my bacon capacity. Cured with black, white and red pepper. No sugar.Smoked with apple wood. No sliced pics yet. They are firming up in the fridge.
 
Thats a bunch of bacon it looks good can't wait to see some sliced pics!!

Could you please post your brine or rub technique and the temps and times.
They look awesome. Mine turns out great as well. Just wanting to compare with someone else.
