Well I couldn't wait until tomorrow to smoke something so why I was out I grabbed a 4 lbs. chuck roast.



Rubbed in worceshestire and SPOG.

Here she is, just put on the ole smoker about 1 hr. ago.

Doubt it will be ready for dinner but we will see.

You are a lucky parent!  I love that pic of your kids!   Enjoy them AND the chuckie.

The smoke ring with pic of chuck out of the smoker, made me drool.

I know exactly what I am going to do with my 1st chuckie.  I'm not a fan of "pulled anything".  I'll eat it occasionally, but not often.

I'll cube it, brown it more in iron skillet, to make gravy, and pour it all on top of mashed potatoes or noodles.  I'll skip the grapes.  LOL
