30x80 Reverse Flow trailer smoker

This is a new build 250 gallon reverse flow smoker. Has 3/8ths plate fire box, 6" exhaust, full length belly shelf that is 14 inches deep. 46"x20" wood storage box. New 14" wheels and tires on a custom 4'x6' trailer.

I'm in Cypress, not too far from you and am interested in a 500gal, trailer mounted "Franklin style". Pretty much like the 250 I saw in the thread, just not reverse flow. Double rack, 6" smoke stack with grate level collector, semi-insulated firebox, three grate level thermometers, 2" drain, heat deflector off of the firebox.

Are you able to give a ballpark price/timeframe?
