Those butts look great. I've never had much luck with loin ends either. Ill have to try aliceing them and smoking them. Good advice.

Once I mixed them all together, it turned out real well.  I was asked to cook for a wedding, so I impressed someone!  Ive got about 5lbs of leftovers in the freezer for a rainy day!
