Out of the smoker.

I don't have a clue to how these will taste. I used straight Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. I didn't have any honey, so....
 
Really nice job from my side of the screen.

Next time you find a nice belly, put it in the cure for some bacon.
 
I can eat Bacon but the PBBE have to much fat for me,they do look good nice job.

I like them however I can only eat them a couple of times a year - allot of fat. Yours look really good from my vantage point.

Pork belly for me is just luxurious. The rendered fat is like melt in my mouth bacon on steroids lol :) My wife and extended family don’t care for it at all. Just these pictures make my mouth water and wish I had some done up right now!

These are my first try. Wife said that we're not having them tonight. She wants to finish a casserole first.

Search the meat case and you can hopefully find belly lean enough to make burn't ends and bacon
... My wife and extended family don’t care for it at all.
I have the same problem with a lot of my items off the smoker. Been conditioning the wife for years, but it takes time.

Had something similar once in my life at a restaurant in Minneapolis, and after looking at this I definitely want to check my local grocer and do one. Me and my kids would destroy a plate of these!
