I did that with some of this. This is about 1/4 of an14Lb whole belly. I've still got another quarter frozen to make more bacon.Really nice job from my side of the screen.
Next time you find a nice belly, put it in the cure for some bacon.
I like them however I can only eat them a couple of times a year - allot of fat. Yours look really good from my vantage point.

Pork belly for me is just luxurious. The rendered fat is like melt in my mouth bacon on steroids lol :) My wife and extended family don’t care for it at all. Just these pictures make my mouth water and wish I had some done up right now!
I have the same problem with a lot of my items off the smoker. Been conditioning the wife for years, but it takes time.... My wife and extended family don’t care for it at all.
