This weekend i had some extra time so i put a little twist on the 3-2-1 method. When it came time for the splash of apple juice, i used about 75% apple juice and 25% pineapple juice. While the juice and foil where workin thier magic on the meat, I went into the kitchen and whipped up a batch of my plan B bbq sauce. Its not as good as my home made sauce, but it will do in a pinch.
1 bottle of sweet Baby Rays original bbq sauce (36 oz i think)
2 shots of Jim Beam
1 shot of white vinegar
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1/4 Vidalia onion
2 TBSP minced garlic
Put it all in a pot and simmer for about an hour stirring occasionally.
Enjoy a whiskey sour or 5
Do not forget about the ribs!
Mop sauce on ribs about 15 minutes before taking them out

Where's the QVIEW? Good luck.

Sorry, no qview, i dont have a digital camera. i thought about getting one, and decided a smoker was more important.

Yea a smoker is more important, I agree. First things first!

Good luck!

alright, we can let the qview slide for now, but, FYI... you can get a disposable camera and when you have it developed, they can put them on cd

Sounds good, Wife had bought a digital camera and I still don't know how to work the $&*# thing lol
