Missed this when I joined, so thought I might do it now. My name is Marv and I live in Houston, TX. I've been smoking low and slow for about 15 years now, but I'm just a day off smoker. No competition stuff for me. I love to cook and usually give it away to friends and family. I look forward to posting some and reading a lot. I've learned a bit just being here for the last couple of months and reading what all of you good folks write about and I look to learn even more.
