2nd Bird in Progress!!!

I haven't made time to smoke anything since Thanksgiving so it is definitely time! There's a 15 lb Turkey waiting to be thrown on the smoker today. A little larger than the last one we'll see how it goes. I'll try to include qview this time but no promises since I'm running a little late.

Turkey turned out pretty good but not as good as Thanksgiving. This bird was a little larger and took longer to cook which kinda put me in a bind, we ended up eating a little late, oops.... Overall a good Christmas turkey. Oh, I completely forgot to do the qview the bird was running late and I had to throw it in the oven at the last minute. One of these days I'll do a qview with one.
