I saw this at Lowe's the other day, and I was wondering if anyone on here has seen this, or better yet if anyone has tried it out? My biggest concern about it is that there isn't any insulation to speak of, just plain sheet metal sides. The lack of insulation isn't a problem on my cheap-o Master Forge propane smoker, but I'd be concerned about my ability get the temp up with an electric heating element. Any thoughts out there?
