Came out pretty good. Smoked for about 4-5 hours. Cold smoke at first, ran cherry this time. Usually I run oak for everything

Man, I miss those days, we can't catch them here in CA anymore, well basically we can't catch them, they only gave us a few days with a state wide quota, instead of five months of fishing with a limit of two King's per day, no Silver's. Many people lost their livelihoods due to our tree hug'in DF&G department twit's, which is run by a bunch of bunny humper's.

Someone has done this before, your fish looks perfect...ENJOY!!!
