I’ve been wanting to try a pork loin for a while now. Grocery shopping with the wife yesterday and bought a nice loin. Never done one before so I decided to cut it in half and stuff one half, dry rub the other. Thought they both turned out well, as well as the 2 fatties I made as well. Good eats for the week.

Looks great! I especially think the stuffed one looks tasty. I pull my loins at about 140 and let them rest to end up at 145 too.
