Smoked a 7.31 lbs pork butt in my Masterbuilt GS40 this weekend. A good experience overall. The bark didnt turn out as crisp as I would have liked. However, the flavor was great!
I used the Magic Dust rub, and smoked it with oak and cherry for 14 hours.
