1st time ribs

The local grocery store had a buy one get one free so I figured I'd give it a try. I used Jeff's rub with mustard. Lets see how they come out.

After 2 hours. Sprayed with apple juice/ cider vinegar. Wrapped in foil and back in for 2 hours.

Hard to tell from the pics?

They look like baby backs?

They are back ribs. I think they have a little more meat than baby backs. They're kinda thick. I'm new to this so I'm not sure. Thanks for the compliments

Final product. A little over done but I actually kept a rack to put in with the pork butt tomorrow. Just in case.
