I hope everyone is having a great Sunday! I was able to borrow an electric smoker from a friend for a little while. (test run to see if I'd like to purchase it from him) So far so good! I'm 1 hour in and everything is smelling pretty awesome. Decided to use apple wood chips and so far I've enjoyed everything. I'm heading up to work in a little over an hour so if I remember I'll try and post an update after everything is wrapped!
