1st Q-View--Stuffed Pork Loin

Brined for a couple of days, stuffed with prosciutto, spinach and swiss, dusted with rub, end product delicious! I hope the pictures work. My buddy said it was the best pork he had ever had. This was my first attempt at smoking a pork loin and it came out perfectly. Leftovers tonight!

Great job. Stuffing sounds great. I was surprised how much I liked the smoked pork loin (compared to other cuts).
