Here it is looks good the ABTs are spot on, misses says shrooms r on the money.

Smoked at 225* had to use a secondary probe, my MES40 is off my 20*  but it works this way .

Pulled out at 140* I like a little less red have not sliced yet.

ABTs are bombs Wife say OMG then OHH theie Hot LOL
