1st cook 2017 Some rotisserie and some grilled chicken!

We had our Christmas yesterday so I wanted to make some chicken buffalo dip in Hawaiian bread bowl and some grilled teriyaki chicken.   Spun the chicken end over end (cooks a little faster that way I think) and grilled up some skinless boneless thighs and basted with teriyaki sauce.

Thanks Al, Everyone loved the bread bowl chicken buffalo dip (I think I finally got a recipe I really like!)   The teriyaki was a hit too, I used kitchen shears and cut them into smaller pieces which worked great.

OMG ... you just can't make that stuff up but at least you have a good dependable car out of it!       I have the c.a.d drawings for the 007 swing grate on here, I was lucky enough to have a fabricator buddy make mine and he made Adam's.  It's by far the best cooker I've ever used so if you can get one made definitely do so!

LOL,  I couldn't have done it without my cast and crew.... and the chickens that gave their lives so we could have a great meal!
