1st Brisket

  1. Put this on my Rec Tec about 45 mins. ago.  Smoking at 225deg, can't wait to see how it turns out.

  4. It's a 7# flat that I seasoned with the brisket rub that came with the Rec Tec "kitchen sink bundle".
