Smoked my 1st beer can chicken today and just wanted to say thanks to the forum for the great tips. It turned out great other than next time I am gonna try and crisp the skin more. Got one pic of it in the smoker but was so hungry didn't get a pic after. Also a Q view of breakfast. Fatty with Colby /Swiss cheese and mushrooms with some biscuits.
Will be trying salmon tomorrow. Kinda nervous because I know how hard it is to get it right on the grill. Wish me luck!
