Fingers crossed. Using cream cheese, cheddar cheese, homemade apricot jam mixture . Dusted with Kinders brown sugar rub.

Never been able to get the bacon crispy on those before everything "boils" out.

Have tor resort to pre-cooking the bacon then wrapping and finishing the product.
 
OJB, Most folks stick with the thin cut bacon on ABT's for crispness. I take it a step further and only lay a 1/3 of a slice right on top of the ABT, crisps up nicely. Sadly it is less bacon but crispy !
