1982 Camper Renovation

I did not take alot of before pictures but I am redoing a 1982 Starcraft Galaxy popup.

It was kept well - the canvas is in great shape and the outside is also pretty good.

I traded my parents my 2001 dutchman for this because I have 3 children and the little 8 ft box wasn't accomodating...

Painted all cabinets - laid down new flooring and added some chalkboard paint - next is to get the outside in order...

My wife is recovering all cushions and making new curtains...it should look pretty good when done.  All in all I am happy with the progress so far!

Most excellent job! Only thing i can see wrong is ,No AC. We could only use it 3- 4 months out of the year here.

When I used to have a pop-up, one of the best things I ever did was to get a roll of reflectix (some also use it as a windbreak for the mini) and put it under the mattresses. This does a couple things. First it acts as a barrier for those cold days and keeps the mattress a little warmer by stopping any draft from getting through. It also gives you a little bit more cushioning for your comfort. Granted its not the same as memory foam, but it does help.
Also like I said you could use any leftover to make a windbreak for your mini or a cover for your cooler to help keep that ice from melting in the hot summer. Many many uses for reflectix.
