Not long ago I completed a cabinet conversion on my Lang 84.

Each year my church does a mission called river of life where we do construction projects for people in need…mostly building wheel chair ramps. Normally I lead a side but this year I was asked to cook barbecue to feed 200 volunteers. If I must!

here we are about 3 hours in….

Fairly even temps all around….. bottom rack left away from the fire box is the coolest spot on the grill top rack right near the smokestack is the hottest. Top left and bottom right are almost dead even.
