Hi I'm new here and I just had a nice 1000 gallon propane tank delivered to my welding shop. I was wondering what would be the correct way to cut it up to make a large reverse flow BBQ. I want to use part of it as a fire box and the rest as the chamber. I'm hoping to have at least 8 to 10' for the cooking area. I have a full welding and machine shop with a CNC plasma cutter so the work won't be an issue just the ideas. Thanks in advance!

Look up the calculators that are on this site. A lot of good info in them. And find a good wood supplier a smoker that big will need lots of b it.
