Got a 100lb propane tank and a 20lb tank, debating on a small 2" receiver hitch smoker or making an outdoor kitchen that's can use charcoal and propane in.

If a smoker it will fit a few racks of ribs and some sausage I know it won't fit much brisket in it nor a turkey. It will have limitations.

If outdoor kitchen, would like to be able to use 18" cast iron and 12" cast iron as well as put a lodge 18x12 griddle on the "grill" end if I need griddle space. Please give your thoughts and input.
