Doing a 10 lb picnic today for some pulled pork for the family...I'll try and get some qview going...

Pork on at 8...going at 240 to 250 using lump hickory charcoal and a mix of pear and hickory wood for smoke

forgot to take a pic of it before I pulled it...but it was tasty...definitely Cartier and a lot more bone so not nearly the 10 lbs I started off with...oh well

Nice looking pulled pork Fireman............. Yeah, the bone takes up a lot of space. The butt end of the shoulder is the way to go......... Nice job
