10 hour smoked Pork Shoulder today

What type of smoker, smoke, etc?
Sry bout that I was heading out the door so fast for work, I guess I forgot some details.

Cooked it on my Traeger TX Elite at 250 for 10 hours,


using a competition pellet blend I got from amazon.

I got the pork shoulder ready the day before I smoked it.

I injected it with apple juice (before my kids drank it all)

Then I rubbed on yellow mustard then I put on my barbecue rub

then I wrapped it & refrigerated it till the next day.

when I got home from work I threw it on the smoker at 250.

I left it in the roaster pan uncovered & I flipped it over after the 1st five hours so I would get even smoke coverage.

After the last five hours I checked the temp & took it out for a hour rest at 205.
