    First Turkey in the Bronco

    Turkey breast on. Also with chicken thighs. 3 cook ever, first poultry. 6# bone in Butterball breast. Brined in Traeger turkey brine. To be safe used all brine but only for 6 hours. 1st cook with thermoworks smoke X2. At 250 Bronco gauge good. At 280 it’s 50 off. I will be sure to post pictures...
