    Just used a piece of brisket I cured.. (thanks pops) and old farts for recipe.. :p I made the perfect and most basic yummy reuben sandwich ever.. Cured in brine brisket. Lots if pickling spice.. ,cooked in a slow cooker and chilled. Bunch of thin slices of this point I cooked.. Some good...
