I put Golden Driller on fall off the bone 3-2-1 ribs. Very good. If you’re not a super sweet or tired of the same old “Q”, this is a nice treat on game day.
I use the Beanos sub dressing mixed with red wine vinegar as a dip ( mainly for chicken ) and as salad dressing. I just got the new Golden Driller sauce and knew it would be great with chicken also so served that as a dip also. It has a Heinz 57 vibe. I really like it.
I cook each ingredient on a separate skewer or whole (chicken breast) and then cut up chicken and combine with veggies in a tray for serving. Cook each item to perfection the way you like it instead of some burning to get chicken to 165. Pineapple teriyaki marinade with Smokey paprika chipotle...
Thanks……the Evel Knievel toy is a reproduction at $39.95 or maybe $59.95 on sale. California Creations, evelknieveltoys.com or cacreations.net, or check out on fb, YouTube. The original I had had a red hyper tank but the only difference.
My game watching friends always want BBQ but don’t understand the that there is planning. Ha, so I even vac pack ribs and they are amazing simply thawed, microwaved and pop a top on your favorite bbq sauce.
I pulled them and added a dusting of MM hickory salt and a cup or so of Blues Hog Tennessee Red. I didn’t use a mop on the smoker at all. I’m still experimenting with the hickory salt. It is very very strong so go easy if you try it. Is it a rub? Is it a dry brine? Is it something you set on the...
Ha, yep that’s the holy grail of toys from 1973. The MM is stout so just a dusting on the raw meat with a bunch of the traeger coffee and Lillie’s Carolina dirt. I added some to the pulled pork (to taste) and about a cup of blues hog Tennessee red. Then packaged what we didn’t eat right out of...
2 Boston butts about 4.5 lb each. Yellow mustard and rub the night before. More rub halfway through cook because I flip them at 6 hours when I use a pan set up. Easy clean up. 2 cups of water only in the pan. 225 temp smoke 10/high and never touched it. 2 AMAZN smoke tubes. Mixed char hickory...
What is CBP? I’ve noticed that the sauce is yellow in SC and white in GA. I wouldn’t use this as a mop, just dipping sauce. Make a half batch and give it a taste test. I’m either on something or on to something. Lol
Ha, I saw a guy put ketchup up on a steak up here. Lol. Seriously, I’ve made it with bbq sauce instead of ketchup but not as good and that’s why it accompanies bbq sauce. What would a true Tar Heel or Gamecock use?? Tomato paste?
I use this as a dipping sauce in addition to traditional or typical bbq sauces. It is so flipping amazing on all things pork and even brisket. I use Texas Petes hot sauce, course black pepper and go easy on the red pepper flakes. If you’re a midwesterner and haven’t discovered vinegar sauce...
I’ve been mopping with bbq sauce and acv mix sometimes. Will add some raw sugar next time. This honey hog added halfway through gave an interesting crispy crunchy bark. Thanks for the intel
I guy told me one day, put the ribs on and leave them alone until there done. Don’t wrap, don’t put in oven etc. it’s been my thing this summer. I may try a peach paper wrap with butter and brown sugar or honey hog yet this season but I really like the bark on this cook
