Its just getting daylight here in northeast Georgia. The butts are 4 hours in and the turkey is 3 hours in. I think I’m gonna take about a 2 hour nap and then go and spritz them and ad more lump if it needs it.
I just got the turkey put in the barrel house cooker. My family and church family is gonna eat good Easter Sunday!
This is my first time posting but I’ve been a member for rite at 5 years. I love to be outside around the smoker!
