    Hey just tossing it out there, Does anyone have any wasabi sauce recipes? Recently buffalo wild wings had a wasabi sauce for chicken wings that I thought was amazing. They no longer have it and I would like to make my own.

    Good job, I will have to try and smoke a cabbage again. I was disappointed he first go round, needed to be exposed and not foiled up, going to put in alum pan to collect what ever drops out yet get the desired smoke I want. Maybe can dip cabbage in drippings.

    Nice if I'm in a big hurry I make smaller versions on Ritz cracker, heat in microwave... softens up the cracker like pizza.
