    Need help with a Masterbuilt 30" smoker, doesn't work!

    I had another thought on this...something I will try if I have another problem under cold weather conditions......I think I will just plug in my heating pad an lay it over the control unit for awhile.  If, in fact, cold weather is the problem, I don't see why this wouldn't work.

    Thanks, Bill!  I only cut off one little end on each for a quick taste.  They are vacuum packed now in the freezer for an upcoming party in a few weeks.  When that happens, I will post some pics!

    Thanks, Gary!  Pumpkin pie spice and apple pie spice are very similar...thought it might enhance the apple idea...and it did!  Used more pie spice than curry.  Sorry - I never measure anything or use recipes...just go by general 'experience', I guess.
