    I love finding good meat on sale I got this 10.4lb bird for $5.46 I let it soak overnight in a salt,brown sugar,Yoshida's  and my secret blend of spices. 4 hours in my MES30 @ 250' I had it set for 6 hrs but it was done in 4 hours.

    Build quality of the MES
