My Fireboard2 has quit, and the company's customer service is horrible. Rather than hassle with them I have decided to get a new one. I would like to know what is the opinion of the the Qing audience? I prefer a one that is WiFi capable. Thanks and I look forward to y'all responce.
I have the older version of the RT590 which is octagon in shape. It's a great grill, and one of the many features I like about it is the split cooking grill. Much easier to clean and manage. Most of the time I'm only cooking only one of the grills.

She's the only one there. I had to send my Spark back and it took two weeks and numerous phone and emails to get it back. Guess what! It still doesn't work, and she was suppose to call me at a certain time last week and I haven't heard a word from her. I hate to eat the Spark but I have not...
That's great to hear as FireBoard only has one person in tech support and it's not good for their customers. That's why I switching to one to ThermoWork's products. Appreciate the reply.

Yes just bought one and have used it twice. Great grill and fabulous computer system.......set it to your desired temperature and forget it. Oh yes! Better have pellets in it. It will hold a good 20# of fuel. Don't let it fool you there is a lot of cooking space in it.
YES TOTALLY AGREE. I HAVE A SHIRLEY 24X36 AND MY COOKING RANGE IS EXACTLY AS STATED BY BY 1MOREFORD. WHEN COOKING ON A STICK BURNER THERE ARE A MULTITUDE OF VARIABLES THAT EFFECT FIRE TEMPERATURE.
