Made a stop at my local Sam's Club yesterday after work and picked up a 8 lb. Boston Butt and a 9 lb. Choice Angus Brisket. Prepped both and threw them on the Yoder YS640 earlier this morning! I'm trying out a new brine I bought the other week for the Boston Butt...
