TRAEGER GRILLS!!!
I bought a Traeger last year when Home Depot was blowing them out. I ended up having issues with the flame going out and the pot overfilling if I was trying to run it lower than 250 for any decent length of time. They provided me a Pro Controller for free under warranty and it's worked great...- 6AM

Traeger Timberline owners....
I have a Traeger that my Home Depot was blowing out on clearance and I've received pretty fantastic support from them. That being said, if I were in the market for a higher end pellet grill today, I'd have a Weber SmokeFire on preorder from Lowes right now.- 6AM

Pork butt injections?
I'm going to smoke a pork butt to make pulled pork over the weekend for the millionth time and I was thinking about trying an injection to try something different. I'm not a fan of sugary meat, anyone have any suggestions as to what to inject?
