    Hey there is a lot of places to check on a grinder,I bought mine from web restaurant they have a good selection and they put scratch and dents at a great price.Depends on what you want to do,the Kitchen aid is good choice for smaller amounts.

    Oak for the sausage and buttonwood for the fish because of the oil that’s in it. I have found out any wood the bugs will eat you can cook with.

    You know I tried the Kitchenaid and if you do 10 lbs or less they are ok but being a Market Mgr at one time there is no comparison to#8 #12 #22 or bigger. I use Legg’s Old Fashion seasoning for 50 years but sure seams like they are adding more salt?
