Pork butt was injected and rubbed down. Went hot n fast method. 275-285 for 6 hours until I hit 165 internal. Wrapped it up in a pan for 2 more hours when it hit 204. Wrapped up in towels in cooler for 2 hours and pulled like butter.
The baby backs were rubbed and on the smoker about 260-270...
