    Chamber sealer busting fresh sausage casings

    I have a VP 215 chamber machine and can't find the sweet spot for removing enough air but not popping the sausage casing inside. 30 sec + pop 20-25 sec not enough air out. Any advice for sealing fresh sausages with a chamber machine needed...
