I commonly give 3- 4 hours to ribs to become ready to eat. I often had such experiences before. It was hard for me to manage the time and temperature for them. But i studied many blogs and articles on it. Now i think i am able to make them tasty and awesome.

Its looking awesome, while i like maple wood for preparing smoking meat, i tried many recipes, but it was hard for me to prepare the exact as in photo, but giving proper time and scheduling every component, i made that, and it was really awesome in taste.

Amazing. I also cooked but i kept that into refrigerator after adding meat with vinegar, lemon, peppercorns and salts for whole night. Then i placed in smoker after adding vegetable oil and salt. It was a nice dish. Keeping it in refrigerator and adding vinegar was the reason for amazing taste.
