It’s here!
My new toy arrived today. Woodwind SG. Built it and ran it for 30 minutes as directed to burn off oils. Was really surprised at the volume of smoke at the lower temps too. Can’t wait to cook on it!!! Was expecting arrival Thursday so I had nothing here to throw on. Guess I’ll grabs some...- Biergott
