Such Great People on this Forum

I agree with ALL said. I'm on this one and only 1 other, a Frank Sinatra forum. The worst thing there is when people argue over which decade he had the better voice, lol. Others incl FB are just rude and no respect for anyone. This has helped me up my Smoking game 1000%, at a level I never...

    Beef Braciole

Another fantastic meal Rich! My Wife's Family is pure Italian, and they have always called it Gravy. 1 time I asked what they call Brown Gravy, no answer. Excellent write up and a lot of work that paid off. Congrats on the Carousel ride.

Chicken leg 1/4's . Deboned and stuffed .

Rich, looks amazing and delicious. Great write up too. I'm not very good with knife work, but this looks like something I gotta try. I prefer thighs to legs, but with the price so low on Quarters, I can expand my horizons. I'm always looking for different Chicken Thigh recipes. Excellent...

    One hour hip replacement

I'm still having some numbness top of my thigh mostly. It has reduced, but Dr said some people are done within a month or 2, and some can take up to a year. Everyone is different in their recovery.

    One hour hip replacement

Glad you're on the mend. I had my right hip done this February. Got rid of the walker after 5 days. Stopped the Pain meds from Dr after 3 days, all they did was make me tired, no pain relief. Stayed on Tylenol when needed for the next 3 weeks. First week was the worst for me, I was very...
