    Made a Caramel apple pizza tonight for dessert. Make a cinnamon cream cheese, for the "sauce" Topped with chopped granny smith's, drizzled Caramel all over it and topped that with chopped honey roasted peanuts, and some cinnamon Graham crackers.

    I put it in the sous vide overnight for a low temp. I think it was 130 or 140. I don't quite remember. Then smoked it off. I think I put it in another thread. Let me see if I can find it.
