    Taking it back.. set the temp to 350 and it hit 475 and was still climbing. Shut it down, checked everything and tried it again. Same results. Called Pit Boss customer support. No help whatsoever. One and done for me.

    Picked up a 8lb brisket in my travels yesterday. Trimmed it up and seasoned before going to bed last night. Woke up at 4:15 and had it on the Traeger at 4:45.
