Tried my hand at making some BBQ Poutine on my MES the other night. Made my own cheese curds, fried up some fires on the Blackstone Griddle, added gravy and smoked with maple wood in the MES:
Looks good. I've stuffed with a jerky gun before by taking off the nozzle entirely. I've also stuffed those big casings just by spooning the batter in and compressing it.
Surprisingly I have not yet had problems with the gap you are talking about but I see that some people have fixed it with JB weld. If you look at the video my issue was the grease was so thick it was actually climbing up and over that bead weld and still dripping down.
