    That was just the temp recommended from somewhere my biggest concern was getting it cooked through without drying out. They turned out to be incredible and had a good smoke flavor. I may try other methods in the future after reading up on it a bit more

    It's been great so far! I smoked 3 turkeys in it over thanksgiving and had no issues hold the temp at 350. I bought a second internal probe for the inside just for better temp regulating

    That was my other issue, the probe I've always used was messing up and showing 70 degrees. I ran up to Walmart and bought 2 new ones digits and analog, when o checked the temp at 9 I believ it was at the 155-160 mark. I should have written this down, but I did not.
