    So the pork is finished and omg, probably the best pulled pork I've ever had, this stuff was so moist and so good.... Pulled it at around 198/199, and let it rest for one hour on the nose, and I'm am hooked... Everyone including the wife said this stuff was good... Thank you guys

    So I picked up a smoker yesterday from sams club, it the 40 in masterbuilt. Figured I would try and break it in with this 7.5 lb butt. This is what I used for a rub: 2T lawrys southwest sweet & smokey 2T turboado sugar 2T light brown sugar 2t black pepper 2t Cajun seasoning 1t chili powder...
