    How low does this smoker go? Also, I bought the A-MAZE-N maze, will the maze generate enough heat to cold smoke below 90 degrees without turning on the smoker?

    I got a new Masterbuilt electric smoker for Fathers day. The instructions say to use chips only. What is the problem with using chunks or smoker sawdust? The chips don't last very long.
