Howdy, I'll be smoking Pork Shoulder's for the first time. It's for the Aggie-Bama game tomorrow, so I got to start tonight if I want them finished by halftime. I already have them marinating with a rub I used last time for pork butt and loved. Any suggestions for overnight smoking? It will be...

Dirtsailor, I was able to spatch the birds, it was my first time doing it and had to look up a video. I'll have to try the Mac and cheese next time. Everyone asked for me to make my creamed corn instead. Dani

Smoked Meatloaf for the 1st time!

Howdy Y'all!! It turned out awesome. We had a little ground venison leftover from last season. So I used venison, ground beef and my mamas old meatloaf recipe. Put it in the smoker at 225 for 4hrs and 45mins until the internal temp was 160. Took it out and let it set for 10mins. I can honestly...

HT, Thanks for the reply! I've done a lot of research and read through a lot of different threads. Everyone seems to have different opinions but I think I got the general idea for chicken wings.
